Europe/Prix Tour 2025 - London & Antwerp 🌟
Our last few days in Europe were action-packed!
Grace, Yvie and Miss Amanda jetted off to London for the English National Ballet School Final audition, while Allie and Sienna explored more of Amsterdam.
We all met back up in the gorgeous Belgian city of Antwerp where the girls did their audition today at the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp.
We were also lucky enough to watch the Royal Ballet of Flanders company in rehearsal, invited by ABDA friend (and guest teacher) Aaron Shaw who is now Ballet Master there 😊
One last dinner out, before we headed back to our apartment to pack for the long journey home tomorrow..

Europe/Prix Tour 2025 - London, Stuttgart, The Hague, Amsterdam🌟
Our girls have been super busy these past few days since leaving Lausanne: Grace, Allie and Sienna flew to London to take a preliminary audition at the English National Ballet School, Yve-Noelle and Miss Amanda took a long train ride to Stuttgart for three days of classes at the John Cranko Schule, where Grace joined on the second day.
Meanwhile, Allie and Sienna took classes at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague in the beautiful Amare building, and we were all reunited back in Amsterdam last night, ready for an audition class at the Dutch National Ballet Academy’s today!!
Lots of travelling, and a few hiccups to overcome like Grace’s luggage not showing up in Stuttgart (luckily she had packed her carry-on well with all the necessities for her audition), and both Miss Amanda and Yvie getting the flu..
But we are warriors, so nothing will stop us 😊💪🏻

Europe/Prix Tour 2025 - Prix de Lausanne Days 5 & 6🌟
We are so proud of our Yve-Noelle who performed both her Classical and Contemporary solos on Friday with poise and passion 🌟
What an incredible experience to dance at the Prix!
Yesterday all non-finalists took part in the Networking Forum Class in front of all the directors, which was such a wonderful opportunity to be seen.
We loved watching the finals live last night, and Yve-Noelle was very honoured to be asked to present the Lifetime Achievement Award to Li Cunxin ✨
Networking interviews today, and a Gala Performance by all the finalists and guest dancers, then that’s a wrap on the Prix!

We were so excited to catch up with ABDA Alumni Isabella Connolly, who is dancing in the Aréa Jeune Junior Company in Geneva! So special for us all too see her again ❤️

The Junior Girls had a shorter day yesterday, with just a Classical warm-up class, and a second Classical coaching session with Monique Loudières. A little more daunting this time, being in the studio with coaches, parents, teachers and many directors watching up close!

Allie, Grace and Sienna arrived last night - we were so excited to reunite with the girls before todays Selections at the Théâtre de Beaulieu 🌟

Europe/Prix Tour 2025 - Prix de Lausanne Day 3 🌟
A big day yesterday for the Junior Girls: Classical warm-up class, Contemporary class marked by the Jury (another 25% of their score which determines the Finalists), Classical coaching on stage with the beautiful Monique Loudières (Étoile of the Paris Opéra), Contemporary coaching and stage run-through with Juliette Rahon.
We then watched the Young Creation Award, and fell into bed after dinner!

Allie, Grace and Sienna are loving their time at the Tanzakademie Mannheim, and explored neighbouring Heidelberg yesterday afternoon. They will head to Lausanne today - we can’t wait to be reunited again and hear all about their adventures 😊

Europe/Prix Tour 2025 - Prix de Lausanne Day 2 🌟
Yesterday all the candidates (Girls A& B, Boys A & B) had their Classical class work marked by the jury of industry experts (and inspirational artists!). This makes up 25% of their score which determines the Finalists.
Yve-Noelle’s group also had their first coaching session on their contemporary solo, along with a contemporary class (which will be marked by the jury today).
Yvie is settling in now, and having such an amazing time ✨
And Miss Amanda is loving it too 😊

Meanwhile our beautiful girls Allie, Grace and Sienna have been doing classes at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Frankfurt and the Tanzakademie Mannheim, where they also had the opportunity to see the ballet school in a performance - we are so proud of them, navigating the German trains and cities with their wonderful chaperone 😊

Europe/Prix Tour 2025 - Prix de Lausanne Day 1 🌟
A full day for Yve-Noelle at the Prix with a Warm-up class on stage, straight into a run-through of the classical variation to get a feel for the stage (just a little scary!), Classical class taught by Elisabeth Platel (Paris Opera Ballet School) with the jury observing, and a Contemporary class taught by Sarawanee Tanatanit (former ABT dancer)!
And to top it off Yvie had photographs and interviews with the Swiss Press 🇨🇭

So great for both Yve-Noelle and Amanda to catch up with fellow dancers and teachers from around the world who they have met in their travels before, and such an honour to be back Prix de Lausanne
